Cold: Fill bag two-thirds full with ice and cold water and secure cap. Place directly on affected area.

Hot: Fill bag two-thirds full with hot (not boiling) water and secure cap. Test before placing on affected area.

Pro tip: Put thin towel on affected area between skin and ice bag to avoid cold/hot burns.


Care instructions: Drain bag and air dry completely before replacing cap.
